Well I though the tsunami charity gig was to be shown on TV on Monday, but it turns out it was today, so it was lucky they were talking about it on the radio this morning otherwise I might have missed it.

The Manics got on at about 8:10pm, they were awesome, Nicky was wearing a beautiful full length leopard print coat, some black trousers and a beautiful dark shade of eye shadow, also he had his hair loose, it's getting pretty long now, and it's back to it's usual colour. He also had his feather boa on his mic stand along with a whole load of bangles.
James was wearing all black and was looking pretty fit, and Sean was (as always) right at the back where I couldn't see him too well, but his hair is getting pretty long to, it's down to his shoulders now. The new guitarist Guy Massey who I hadn't seen yet was there, standing in the back along with Nick Naysmith (the keyboardist).

A huge cheer went up when they got onstage, they looked a hell of a lot happier than they did last night on TOTP, I guess it's because they didn't have to mime.
James greeted the cheering crowd and they kicked off with "Motorcycle Emptiness" which sounded great, the crown jumping around madly. James announced he had a bit of flu coming on so he was sorry if he didn't sound great *aw* and then they launched into "You Stole the Sun..." Nicky grinning throughout the whole song. Nest song was "Empty Souls" which have only heard live once before, it sounded great, a little different to the album version and James kept loosing his voice *aw again*.

James thanked everyone for coming and another huge cheer went up, then they went straight into "If You Tolerate This..." James and Nicky smiling all through. Lastly James announced that this will be their last song and again thanked everyone for coming and everyone who donated, and they kicked off into "A Design For Life" it sounded awesome (apart from James croaky voice XD) and that was it, another huge cheer went up as they left the stage woooooooo!

They presents said they had got the biggest cheer of the whole night, after they checked the charity total they announced that the total had got to over £1 million while the Manics were on, yay!

Well I think that's everything covered, I'm gonna go play isketch,

Stay Beautiful,

Aissa.

P.S. Sorry for any typos I got a plaster on my index finger and it makes it damn difficult to type properly! and I'm too tired to re-read everything, I have used the spell checker so hopefully it shoudl all make sense XD
