So, my cat Cerys was behaving rather funny a couple of days ago, and then he went missing. I was of course worried sick (getting a horrible déjà vu feeling from when my cat Giles went missing and it turned out he had been killed on the road). Anyway, a couple of days later he turned up again, safe and unhurt but still not himself at all, very quiet and sedate and walking stiffly, sleeping all the time and not eating.
So it was a trip to the vet, and apparently he has a very hight fever, which he has had a couple of injections for. Now he's not allowed outside until it's passeed (he's due for a checkup vet trip on Tuesday) and he has to be segregated from the other cats incase it's cat flu or something else contagious. He needs peace and quiet, rest, and someone to keep an eye on him.
So... yup, he's in my room, which I have to keep pretty dark and quiet for him. I am knackered *yawns* I must have woken up half-a-dozen times during my five hours sleep last night to make sure he was all right. Not to mention the 2 previous nights that I hardly got any sleep due to worry while he was missing.
Right now I could just... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Stay Beautiful,
Aissa.
