Crappy start to the new year
Jan. 7th, 2010 10:00 pmSo much for 2010 being a better year than 2009!
Not only did my Grandma pass away last week, but now my Dad - who has recently been in hospital himself for internal bleeding and walking difficulties - has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Which, quite frankly, I didn't even know someone of his age could get. I've always associated it with younger people. I suppose the good news is that it's not fatal, which he thought it was at first.
I'm worried about him being on his own. I will be seeing him at my Grandma's funeral next Thursday. I just hope he's going to be all right. His job involves a fair amount of physical labour, and while he is on sick leave at the moment I'm not sure how he will cope when he goes back. :{
Stay Beautiful,
Aissa.
